Show N’ Shine Details:

Time & Location: April 23^rd, 2006 @ the NEW Hy-Vee store, Eastside from of store.

Time: 11:00 ~Note~ *if you plan on helping with set-up plan on 10-10:30ish*

•         Also there will be entry fee into the Show N’ Shine 
      Fee:  1 can good or more

* IF WEATHER DOESN’T PERMIT THE SHOW CONTACT TODD PERRY (276-4096) OR DENNY BRANDENBURG (270-4102) OR CHECK THE SITE*  

- Everyone Start thinking about sponsorships for this year!

- Doug Starkey and Bill Kohler got a bid from J-Patrick’s to do our trophies this year, and if you heard the prices from other bids at the meeting…J-Patrick is beating the other bids by at least half.  We have motioned to go forth with J-Patrick’s on the trophies-motion passed.

- Club balance is currently: 3,381.87

- The club is in full stock of T-shirts-get’em while they’re hot...motion to pay bill…motion passed.

- PVMC Show is still a go…currently working out a few bugs…Thanks to Tom Maul and Rex Minert

- Details on the Lincoln show are still being ironed out; official details are still to come-stay tuned.

- Motion to the club for the purchase of 1 raffle ticket of Weekend of Wheels…motion passed.

-April 25th: Columbus Custom Embroidery invites the PVMC club members to check out apparel to wear with our logo. 7:00 PM .  Questions contact Tom Maul @ maullaw@megavision.com
