2008 Spring Poker Run

The club left Ace Hardware around 1:10 PM to journey down to Garrison our first stop. Rex Minert stopped in to say hi. We did have to drive on a little gravel and Kevin Veik decided to take the grass. Our next stop was Prague. Prague is commonly referred to as the home of the world's largest kolaches and Beverly Blessen had to try one out. After leaving Prague Jeff and Doug decided to have a race to North Bend. On their tail Rhonda took them at Morse Bluffs (holly cow she didn't know that car could go that fast!) We stopped at a bar called Pour House in North Bend which a few members played Keno (no winners). Next stop was Bootleggers in Schuyler where Jen played beach balloon with us all. Sally Veik tried so hard not to get her picture taken but Jeff snapped it before the hand came up! Our last stop was Country Shadows in Columbus and out of the blue Kevin Veik took us all.
